A five-star Marco Polo hotel in Ortigas will open late next year. Located in the Ortigas central business district, right beside Union Bank building along Meralco Avenue, it will house 313 luxurious rooms. The hotel is now under construction.

Investing Php 3 billion, this is the first time Xin Tian Di, the group of businessman Samuel Po ventured into property development. Po is the president and chief executive officer of Xin Tian Ti Development Corp.
Xin Tian Di and Marco Polo Hotels signed on Monday the management contract for Marco Polo Ortigas Hotel, which is the third Philippine hotel in Marco Polo’s portfolio.
