According to Mayor Michael Lopez Rama, who on behalf of Cebu City, accepted the donated replica of the original image of Nuestra Señora de la Cotta from Mr. Louie Nacorda, the oratory inside Fort San Pedro adds a “spiritual ambiance”, aside from the existing historical and cultural ambiance.
