Boulevard Holdings Inc vice president for finance Mauro Badiola said the company is planning to establish a third Friday’s hotel, Friday’s Paniman Hotel, that will have at least 120 rooms in the property located in Ternate, Cavite.

Boulevard Holdings will use the portion of P2.3 billion in proceeds from the sale of a 400-hectare (out of 3,000 hectares) property in Puerto Azul to Ayala Land Inc (ALI) to finance the development of Friday’s Paniman Hotel.
The Panlilio-led Boulevard Holdings Inc operates Friday’s Boracay Beach Resort in Boracay Island, Aklan and Friday’s Boquete Beach Resort in Puerto Galera, Oriental Mindoro.
