Saud Beach in Saud, Pagudpud, Ilocos Norte is a kilometer-long white-sand beach with crystal-blue water. Saud Beach is a popular destination in Northern Luzon.
I went here on April 16-17, 2010. This was during my first time in Ilocos Norte, the 13th province on my list.

How to go to Saud Beach
By land, Saud Beach can be reached by riding approximately 90 minutes bus ride if you’re coming from from Laoag International Airport in Laoag City. Alternatively, there are several bus companies that serve the Manila-Laoag route. These transportation services are provided by Partas, Florida, Farinas, and Maria de Leon among others. Laoag City is a 10-14 hour drive from Manila.
