American developer and California-based IntraCare, Inc. is building two all-suites boutique hotel in Iloilo City with an initial investment of PHP150 to PHP200 million (USD4.5 million).

Intracare is one of several multinational companies who pledged an estimated PHP150 billion (USD3.36 billion) worth of investments in the province of Iloilo.
IntraCare, Inc. chief executive officer Dion Ugbebor said the boutique hotels are to complement the cable car project that links Iloilo and Guimaras should the local government intends to pursue.
