I went here at around 1:30 p.m. on July 19, 2013. This was during my first time in Biliran, the 23nd province on my list.

From Manila Domestic Airport, ride an hour and 15 minutes plane ride going to Tacloban, Leyte.

From downtown Tacloban, ride a van (duptours or van-vans) or bus going to Naval, Biliran and tell the driver to drop you off at Biliran Bridge.
